1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to the OptionTurtle website and, where made available, the OptionTurtle product and related services provided by TradeBoTicks Trading Systems Private Limited ("TradeBoTicks", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms and any additional product, pricing or onboarding terms presented to you.
2. Nature of the service
OptionTurtle is a technology product for systematic trading. Features may include broker connectivity, automated or rule-based execution, research and backtesting information, risk-management controls, system monitoring and user controls such as start, stop or exit.
Features, supported brokers, instruments, commercial availability and activation methods may change as the product and third-party integrations evolve.
3. Broker and third-party services
OptionTurtle may connect with third-party brokers, exchanges, market-data providers, payment providers, cloud providers or other services. Those third parties operate under their own terms, policies, availability and technical constraints. References to a third-party broker or service do not by themselves imply endorsement, partnership or approval.
You remain responsible for maintaining an eligible broker account, sufficient funds or margin, and any permissions required by your broker.
4. Trading risk
Trading in securities and derivatives involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Automated trading does not remove market risk. Actual execution may differ from expected or backtested results because of volatility, liquidity, slippage, gaps, latency, connectivity, broker or exchange outages, order rejection, partial fills and other market or technical conditions.

5. Pricing and payments
Where paid plans are offered, the applicable price, fee structure, billing frequency, taxes and plan-specific conditions will be displayed before purchase or activation. We may revise pricing for future billing periods or future users, subject to any commitments already made for an active paid period.
6. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep your account and devices secure, comply with broker and exchange requirements applicable to you, and not misuse the website or service. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, bypass security controls of, or gain unauthorised access to OptionTurtle or related systems.
7. Intellectual property
The OptionTurtle and TradeBoTicks names, software, interfaces, algorithms, system logic, designs, text, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to TradeBoTicks unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, technical, regulatory, broker-integration or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where practical, we will try to communicate material service changes through the website, product or registered contact details.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and service are provided on an "as available" basis. TradeBoTicks does not guarantee trading profits, uninterrupted execution, absence of technical failures or that any risk-control mechanism will prevent loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
