3. Payments & Refund Policies
• Our platform operates on a subscription model, granting users access to core features.
• Subscription fee is Non-Refundable.
• Users can cancel the subscription at any time.
• For Copy Trading, a platform fee is charged on commissions earned by the Master Trader.
• Platform fee and commission must be paid by the user.
• Failure to pay may result in recovery actions.
• All fees are non-refundable.
• We may modify pricing with prior notice.

4. Master Trader Program
• Master Traders are independent traders whose trades can be copied.
• Option Turtle is not responsible for their trade decisions.
• No performance guarantees; past performance doesn’t predict future success.

5. No Investment Advice
Option Turtle is a technology platform, not a financial advisory. Decisions to copy trades are your own responsibility.

6. Risk Disclosure
Trading in derivatives and options carries significant risk. You are responsible for understanding and accepting those risks.

7. User Conduct
You agree to use Option Turtle lawfully and not misuse or exploit the platform.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Option Turtle is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use = acceptance.
